State Board Prep:

*Each class requires an in person consultation.

Practical Exam Course (4 weeks)

• This course includes the testing kit you will need for the state board.
• You will need to provide:
• 2 Mannequins
• Clippers, liners
• Shears/Texturizers

Week 1: Basic State board practical.

1. What is on the practical test
2. Discovering your weakness
3. Correction on the proper way to pass the practical test

Week 2: Practice the full state board practical

1. Perfecting what you learned the week prior.
2. Correction on the proper technique.

Week 3: Practical Practice with no help true grading and scoring after the test with corrections

Week 4: State board prep. Mannequin prep and checking to make sure the state board kit has everything you need, before you go to the boards.

Practical Exam + Theory Exam (8 weeks)

• This course includes everything above as described for the Practical Exam plus 4 additional weeks helping you to study for your Theory Exam based on what your needs may be.
• Study material is included in this course as well as testing your knowledge.
• You will need to provide:
• The Milady Barbering Book 6th Edition

Cost:

• 4 weeks course: $1,550.00
• 8 weeks course: $2,250.00
